Love Duets’ Concert: you do not have to be a lover of Italian Opera to enjoy this wonderful evening. It’s set in a small church from 1800’s. You have a piano, soprano & tenor performing Opera’s love song and Italian love songs. The setting and performance is overwhelmingly powerful. You’ll be moved to tears by the emotions. Not to be missed.

We went to see the opera the night we arrived! This was the first experience for both of us. We were impressed. Both performers were fantastic, the church is beautiful & the show is the right length! We had a great time!

We booked tickets to the Wednesday concert based on its high trip advisor ranking and it surpassed our expectations. The setting is wonderful and intimate, the host Franz Moser was not only a gifted pianist but a skilful raconteur and his explanation of the arias...More

I was a tad dubious about a 'concert version' of this opera, and could not have been more wrong - it was fantastic! Excellent singers, well acted, and an authentic production in the church space. Most effective, very intimate, just a wonderful experience!!

Florence is indisputably one of the jewels of Europe and the Opera at St. Marks is in our view the crowning jewel in Florence. Professional opera singers at the top of their game perform opera as it was originally conceived and in a venue that...More

We saw Traviatta and it was excellent. The pianist was terrific and the singing excellent. The narrator between scenes was charming and held the scenes together with expert humor and skill. A lovely evening in the Oltrano district.

We saw Carmen and enjoyed it thoroughly. The intimate atmosphere works for a production without much staging. The performers were talented and professional, making for a really enjoyable evening. Would attend another performance if in Florence again.

Santo Spirito / San Frediano
A warm evening with a cocktail in your hand and great
company is the ideal way to experience Piazza Santo
Spirito; the area is busiest at sunset for happy hour.
Visitors cannot hide their astonishment sitting on the
staircase under the Basilica of Santo Spirito, and
they cannot help but stare at the architectural
masterpieces like Bianca Cappello House, Fontana dello
Sprone and San Frediano in Cestello and Santa Maria
