We did the hiking tour of Cinque Terre and the Vespa tour through Tuscany with Walkabout Florence. Both tours were excellent and I would recommend them both. Martina was our guide for the hike and she did an outstanding job coordinating the group and answering questions we had. I was worried that the one-day trip would be rushed, but it... More

My husband and I took the eight hour tour with a stroll around Florence followed by a cooking lesson in a Tuscan farmhouse. Our tour was lead skillfully by Martina. 14 of us learned about food traditions in Florence and picked up meal supplies for the first two hours. Then we joined a second group of 14 led by Freddie... My husband and I sign up for the Italian Cooking Class. It was a great experience and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys food. The hosts Valeria and Gloria were very friendly, knowledgeable, and great fun to be with. The tour started with a lovely walk to the bus with a few stops along the way to pick up... More

We took the full day market tour and cooking class. The morning tour included tastings, but we didn't taste very much. So eat breakfast before you go! But it was interesting and informative. The cooking at the Walkabout estate was really impressive. Very well organized. How do you get 24 people to each make pasta and pizza?? It was a... More

This is our second trip to Florence and we knew that we wanted to try something different. So, my husband and I signed up for a cooking class with Walkabout Florence. They provided a meet up location and took us on a walk around Florence with an enlightening history lesson about food and culture. We went to a produce market... More

This was the highlight of my trip to Florence! Scooting through the streets of Florence on our little Vespas, out to the rolling countryside, the vineyards, the breath-taking scenery and of course, the Chianti. We made some good friends, great conversation, and best memories! Vespa tour was at the top of my 'to do' list for this trip- thank you to... More

I've done the best of chianti tour, the cooking class at the farmhouse and the wine and dine at night tour. All three tours were excellent. The guides are very knowledgeable, friendly and fun.

Had a great fun day cooking authentic Italian dishes, Gloria and Lavia were our guides and Camella was the chef. Everyone was fun to be around and I thoroughly enjoyed the day. The little walk around Florence before hand including the market was a great experience too.

We did the all-day hiking tour of Cinque Terre, and just loved it! Our guides were friendly and helpful, and the views were amazing! The hike wasn't nearly as strenuous as advertised, and the trip was very well planned and executed. The little villages were just an amazing site!

This tour lasted a full 8 hours.........about two hours walking in the city from behind the Palazzo Vecchio to the train station, followed by a bus transfer to a lovely country estate about 15 minutes outside of Firenze where the cooking class took place. Our group of 28 was divided into two sub-groups led by Freddy and Martina. The city... More

In just a few steps, visitors can experience the rare beauty of the capital of the Renaissance. walking delighted across Palazzo Vecchio and overlooking Piazza della Signoria, up to the Loggia of the Uffizi where it is possible to fully taste the talent of the best artists who animated Florence over the centuries.
