Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Someone should remind the admissions woman selling entry tickets that people are paying to enter!!
The woman was so rude and for no reason other than we walked up to the counter and said hello.
If you don't like tourists don’t work somewhere where tourists go!!
This crochety woman spoiled what should of been a pleasant relaxed visit to some gardens.
Go on her day off to avoid her or just don’t bother at all.

To get to the top you have to walk up the hill. It is really tiring with the only thing to really see being Florence and some pretty flowers. I recommend it to people who like walking and to those who don't get tired easily. The ticket was quite cheap with 10 euros. for an adult but free for a children.

Worst villa in Florence. The gardens are incredible ... I would highly recommend them. Skip the Bardini Villa. It is just a plain building that is currently housing a photo exhibition of a Vietnam meat market. Photographs of hanging dead dogs! It was disgusting to see. I was appalled . In the middle of beautiful Florence, beautiful gardens and this is what I see when I go into the Villa? So disturbing.

The garden has a lovely view, but is seriously neglected - not to mention the seriously overpriced entrance fee (10 €). If it's the views you're after, keep walking for a couple of minutes to the Forte Belvedere - free entrance and better views.

Really nice Villa where they show some different exhibitions. Don't miss the best photo spot on the third floor scenic balcony. A lot of people go for the Piazzale Michelangelo, but the view here is closer to the city and much better.

Piazza Michelangelo, which also has a terrific view over Florence, is often crowded with tourists. Villa Bardini is a more romantic place which allows to admire Florence in a more intimate way! beautiful alleys and terraces will you in high emotion!

Pretty garden with even better views! Quite a walk up the hill to get to the entrance but worth it!

If you’ve come from the Boboli gardens there is a quicker way to walk to here which we learnt the hard way as we walked out the front entrance of the pitti palace and then back up the hill

Just for the views. A bit expensive. So confusing about paying to see the villa!!

AVOID THE CAFE AT TOP OF GARDEN!!!

NO PRICES AND POOR SERVICE.

We had a tasty soup for 10 € that was only warm
Tea was cold.

We weren't surprised that it was expensive

Villa Bardini is a true secret spot in Florence. The gardens are wonderful, and the views breathtaking. What I liked best was the lack of tourist and the opportunity to simply enjoy.

I enjoyed the exhibits in the Villa especially the Foundation of Roberto Capuuci. It feeds the soul!
