This bar occupies a fantastic position in the square at the top of what is a wonderful location. On a sunny day it does not get much better. Service was somewhat laid back and disjointed but worth a visit if only for an ice cream and to watch world go by.

If you decide to visit the east coast of Sicily, You must visit Castelmola, the small town upon Taormina. First of all, you have to try the famous "almond sweet wine" in Bar San Giorgio.
