We wanted to do both train and Alcantara gorge so did just the Randazzo-Riposto return in a morning. Efficient and time table online is correct. Great views and sounds of the train

There would be time, I understand there are also things like wine tastings to do if you go in the morning. There are trains all day, it's a proper timetable but not on Sundays. There are tunnels but there's still lots not... More

I think it goes a handful of times per day. Time table not available online to my knowledge - perhaps in Italian. Check at the station is recommended
