There isn't masses to see or do, but it's worth visiting nonetheless. You can walk down from Taormina and if you don't fancy going back up all those steps then you can take the cable car.

Visited here in September 2018. The weather was perfect to swim and not crowded at all. Remember your water shoes, or there are people selling them there for 10 euros

The cable car is a short walk from town centre. Once at the bottom the beach is about 10 min walk from cable car stop Cable car fare is 6euros return
