Elegant Renaissance square in the heart of Vicenza's city center. It is graced by Palazzo del Capitaniato and basilica palladiana both masterpieces by Renaissance genius architect Andrea Palladio Well worth a visit

This is a must see when visiting Vicenza. In this square you can find the amazing architecture of Palladio, and some various bar where you can drink some wine, eat some good Italian food and meet people. The top of Basilica is also open to visit and have a drink with a breathtaking view.

We stayed in an apartment which overlooked Piazza dei Signori which is very pretty. It is only a short walk to all the sights of beautiful Vicenza.

This is in the heart of Vicenza and mustn't be missed if visiting the area. It is a large square with magnificent buildings, many of whom are Palladio buildings. The piazza houses restaurants, markets, and special events so there is often much to do. In general, it's very pretty to look at too!

This is a delightful piazza in a delightful city … what more is there to say? There’s an abundance of cafes and restaurants serving … well, what else but (mostly) pasta, pizzas and brioche … washed down with wines, beers or coffees. One could easily while away several hours here, watching the world go by. And why not? In fact,... More

This piazza says so much about Vicenze - it's a beautiful small city with architecture like this everywhere. The clock tower is stunning and sits so well with the Basilica. There are plenty of places around to sit and admire.

I first came here in 1975 as a young US Army soldier. I spent many a day sitting in this Piazza looking at the wonders around me. Beautiful architectural structural compilation with the tower the Basilica and the great hall.. Palladio at his best. This is the center of Vicenza. Markets and families and cafes. A beautiful buzz to the... More

The Piazza is a mixture of modern and more traditional businesses. The clock tower has such presence with the roof top bar adjacent. A must to spend some time just on sunset

A great little city with plenty to see. The city is very clean with a great piazza with many great restaurants. The city also holds wonderful festivals and farmers markets. Don't miss the Chocolate fest.
