Love this place. In the evening have a meal on one of the restaurants at the piazza. The sight of the Arena is marvellous

Beautiful enormous square, even though crowded, plenty of restaurants and bars to mull the time away while waiting to go to the famous operas held at the coliseum annually in July. So Italian and central to many other tourist attractions. Visited Lake Gardia and a...More

With the Arena right here, I have to say it is beautiful, how could it not be? It is a huge piazza with so much to take in and lined with restaurants. Sitting here at night when the arena is lit up is a must....More

This wide expansive piazza has it all, gardens, fountain, many restaurants, street entertainers, a palace with exhibitions, an imposing entrance arch, and then the highlight, the roman arena. This is huge and very imposing. A guided tour would be advisable as so much history.

We stayed 5 minutes walk from this Piazza so it was the first place we saw. There was much going on with a volunteers fair. Great restaurants serving good food as well as the popular Arena

Nice open area that welcomes you to old Verona and seduces you to enter deep into the city. If you have seen an arena you can just continue to the next location that you've selected.

A nice piazza to sit for a break, and people watch. (But nothing exceptional). We didn't spend too long here.

Excellent place to sit and drink Aperol Spritz whilst people watching. Though the drinks are expensive compared to bars a short distance away. The food prices weren't too expensive though.

We were very lucky with the weather so after a day of sightseeing we settled in a comfortable chair in a cafe on the Piazza. The trendy aperitif at the moment seems to be aperol spritz, seen on almost every table, so I ordered one...More

You can take one of the city buses from the station to reach Piazza Bra. Tickets are just 1.30 euro if I remember correctly. Or you can walk maybe 15-20 mins through a somewhat boring landscape to get there.
