We took our stroll to this incredible viewing spot early in the morning on a warm September sunny day. Yes, it is a little hike, but you need to burn off the calories from the 5 star cuisine. The view gives you a great perspective...More

We opted to walk up the steps and use the stops as photo opportunities and we were able to get some great photos of Verona. It was a hard walk in the sun but well worth the effort for the views.

You get a nice view on the lower terrace where there is a bar/cafe, but they don't serve hot chocolate!!!! We didn't get to see inside the castle.

The walk is little effort for such a great view, although it's quite steep so not good for limited mobility. You can't go in the castle, and it's not much to see from the outside, which means it's a trip for a very small portion...More

Well worth the short walk up the hill. The views over Verona are just stunning. If you can't manage the short walk up the steps there is a funicular you can get to take you up

It is 300 metres and about 7 minutes to walk. I didn't count the steps though :-)
