The tomb itself was good but the fresco's and paintings in the museum were very much worth the entrance fee. A quiet mornings stroll as we went in the off season. If you have a spare 1/2 day then go have a look.

This tomb is not really related to Romeo & Juliet but everyone believes it does. The empty sarcophagus is in an old convent and the place is really lovely. I saw lots of people who came to visit ..,

The tomb is an empty sarcophagus and is probably completely unrelated to Juliet, a reconstruction by the city of Verona to attract tourists. However, the old convent is very peaceful and the Fresco Museum is very good.

I have already reviewed this on another post. It does get frustrating that TripAdvisor don't keep an eye on this!

A little bit out of the way, but a lovely peaceful spot, and an easy walk from the city centre. Shouldn't be overlooked

Bit weird, it's a museum with the grave of a fictional character. So bit confused what the whole point in the room was/ who's it was origionally/ a shoddy remake. The art was fine but don't see why they didn't call it an art museum...More

10-15 minutes walk away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, the tomb is housed underground in a dank crypt in an old monastery. The tomb itself is an old sarcophagus (so is her balcony). For us, the more interesting stuff was in...More
