When in Verona Piazza della Erbe is a must. This Piazza, much smaller and more relaxed than Piazza Bra (which is also awesome in its own way) is the perfect place to rest your feet and people watch. Grab an outside seat at any of...More

The Piazza and its buildings are way more interesting than the market. Mostly mediocre tourist stuff, and overpriced at that. Not even worth getting a coffee here when there are way better cafes around the corner and throughout Verona. I would recommend sitting at the...More

This piazza is very busy and has a good selection of restaurants. When the market is open it is very busy and there are some good street food vendors. At night it is very picturesque

This is historical market, but scented with 20th century sales quirks. Too much modern stuff in older part of town, but this is sales. It is the centre, so from here you can reach many interesting historical points in Verona within 500 m radius, including...More

We stopped by in the afternoon and all the little stalls were set up with souvenir items. There’s a lot of selection but the prices are a little higher than what I am accustomed to in other bigger Italian cities. You can haggle a little...More

We wondered in at night, people eating outside, vendors set up in the middle selling all kinds of souvenirs, and clothing. Then packing up fast leaving more room to walk around on the cobblestones. The flowers drip down from the second floor balconies, you can’t...More

What an amazing site. It is of course full of tourist traps with the market stalls and the cafes but it has plenty to offer between the buildings and the fountains. What an amazing place full of history to watch and absorb!

In the day the square is full of market stalls selling tourist items (t-shirts, nik-naks), leather bags at good prices, and food items (sandwiches, pizza slices, fruit pots). In the night the bars/restaurants become the key focal point with a wide choice of pasta and...More

This lovely Piazza is a great place to grab lunch or enjoy an aperitif. The people watching is excellent and the buildings are so beautiful. There are the remains of the frescos painted on the houses and so many impressive balconies and terraces! We had...More

Hi we are not sure as we took a train from Milan to Verona. It's best if you find parking across the Elbe river as it is only a short walk to the Piazza. hope this helps you.
