My wife bought one of the many beautiful, characteristically Venetian pens sold by Scriba. A couple of months after our return to the UK, there was a problem with one of the components of the pen. I managed to contact Scriba by email, and received a reply within 24 hours. The component was replaced and sent, carefully packaged, free of charge and with an extra refill. My daughter couldn’t wait to visit this store and it did not disappoint! Their shop window is filled with beautiful wax stamps and wax colors and gorgeous journals! I did not get the name of the lady who helped us but she was so patient with us and showed us so many great options for personalizing our pen/ink/wax set we picked out! We were able to try the different styles of pens and it was a neat experience for all of us as none of us had ever used a feather pen before! My daughter (10) got a purple feather pen and I chose the Murano glass pen and stamp set! Everything in this store is absolutely beautiful and affordable prices! This would make a very unique gift for someone special in your life or as a nice gift for yourself! …

We have just returned from a short break in Venice. We came across this wonderful shop, selling a terrific range of authentic pens, pictures of Venice and lovely hand made books. The owner Giuseppe could not have been more helpful and kind,( he even gave me a present on my birthday). It’s the perfect place to purchase imaginative gifts to take back from beautiful Venice.…

After a week in Venice passing through this shop as it was just around the corner of the hotel, by popped in on our last day to have a look at the beautiful marble noteboks and writing accessories. They were really nice and explained us the traditional crafts of marble paper in Venice, and we ended getting few notebooks and a wax seal stamp. They do their job very well, informing and advising customers but without push the sale as they do in lot of places in Venice. They speak english, french, spanish and of course Italian, which make the shopping easier and pleasant. No doubt you should go if you like traditional crafted stationery products or just need to get a nice souvenir for friends.…

The store is amazing with all the pens, notebooks and sealing wax seals. Everything (except Murano glass writing pens and watercolors made by an external artist) are made by the owners with real passion. The saleswoman, Giulia, was very nice and made a great presentation on how to use sealing wax and seal. We loved it. The store's range is very wide and the products are of high quality. The prices were much better than in similar stores nearby. We recommend to everyone.…
