The church is closed between noon and 1500 and best visited after lunch. The Sacristy is where the Tintorettos are and well worth the €3 entrance.

Its hard not to get a culture overload with all of the beautiful architecture in Venice but its definitely worth the short Vaperetto trip across the Canal from St Marks to see this beautiful church.

Best from outside and famous landmark. Was right next to our accommodation. Inside not as amazing as we expected. All the glory is on the outside of building.

Another huge church and built to say thank you for soaring some from the plague. How all these great churches were built never ceases to amaze me.

Is there a dress code to get into the church? E.g. No short skirts or shoulders exposed?
