The staff are very pushy and the first whiff of a tourist out comes their board of chocolates, nuts and biscuits. We were given the speel about how amazing their products are and they are good enough having sampled them however 30 seconds later as the next tourists walked in the same technique was repeated. Their game is to sell to as many tourists as possible but by pestering them for the minute the minute they walk in the door. I did buy products but only on the basis of how good they were. Customer service standards do need upped however.…

big scam, they lure you in , let you taste the best chcolate, but what you buy is old chocolate that does not come near the stuff they offer you. Very aggresive sales techniques, the almost won‘t let you go before you buy more of there very expensive products. The chocolate we bougth was (chocolate ball) where a lot smaller then the oney the showed and we grossly overpaid for 12 little marbles of chocolate 9 €...for 100 gramms or 90 € per kilo. We had the pistachio but when we ate them there was no sign of pistacchio. What a scam!!…

Brilliant new edition to the modern shops emmersing in venice. We visited the one in Cannaregio, whilst wandering along the strada nova walkway down to the rialto district. Two huge windows with fabulous chocolate displays, a large chocolate fountain - you just have to go inside. The staff are extremely friendly, offer you samples of chocolate and offer help looking for that special purchase. Totally wonderful experience, and a small carrier full of goodies to take home to the uk.…

lots of free samples of chocolates to try from. consider getting souvenirs for yourself and friends. they also have limoncello as well as other products worth buying. might be a little on the pricier side though. we couldnt help but purchase some anyways! staff were very friendly and very generously giving out samples!! they offer courier services as well internationally...except to certain countries…
