Wow!!!!! I did not know what to expect when we showed up. There are two stations to the top. The views from the cars are amazing. They cars rotate so you get a complete view on the way up/down. The top (2nd stop) is amazing. The views are spectacular. After enjoying the views we went downstairs and outside to walk... More

The super modern ride is fast and efficient and the views are amazing - even on a day where the clouds (unfortunately) were rolling in. Well worth doing.

Fantastic views and lovely facilities available at each of the terminal buildings. The downside for me was as they were letting lots of people in parking was difficult and there were rather large queues to enter. We arrived early and it was still nearly lunchtime when we arrived at the actual cable car. Food very reasonably priced in the cafes.... More

Great experience thanks to the breathtaking panorama of the Mont Blanc. Only downside is the price, it's really expensive for a trip of this kind.

Well I have to admit that the weather was really good that day so the view of Monte Bianco and of the surrounding peaks was astonishing!

Unforgettable experience, the cabin turns 360 degrees while going up and allows one of the most exciting mountain view in the world. The trip is fast and very secure. Beware of looking at the weather conditions before going up, in my case, august 5 2015, the view from the top was breathtaking. Though the weather was perfect and the period... More

You HAVE to do this! It's a breathtaking view and well worth the ticket price! I wish I would have have ventured to the old refugio at the bottom level at the top of the mountain (makes sense when you're there). I heard they serve a great stew.

the revolving gondola outshines most other funivie in the Alps. Even the many options for Alpine viewing in nearby Chamonix do not eclipse this new facility.

This is an excellent attraction. The views up (and down) the mountain are outstanding. The schedule allows for very little waiting. Definitely recommended.

Hiking the Tour du Mont Blanc, we had a rest day in Courmayeur.  Looking for an activity, our guide suggested we ride the new aerial tramway which will eventually link Courmayeur with Chamonix.  We could now go as far as Pointe Helbronner on the Mont Blanc plateau, at an elevation of over 11,000 feet.  It was an excellent suggestion.
