It was interesting to say the least. We got the all encompassing tickets so that we could take the elevator to the top rather than the stairs. However, you still have to climb some steps and wind your way across the top of the Duomo...More

When we arrived we didn’t know there’s entrance fee to enter the church. I visited a lot of cathedral in Europe, Asia, US and it’s my first time to see a cathedral asking for entrance fee. Anyway, we went to ticketing service and it’s a...More

What an experience! Plan ahead and purchase the tickets in advance. We took a guided tour. It was definitely challenging to find our meeting place which was behind the Duomo. The views of the city from the rooftop we’re magnificent.

Really enjoyed our visit. Book ahead to save the queue for tickets. The archaeological site is well worth visiting in the cathedral too. Fantastic architecture and glass.

The Duomo is so impressive. The visit to the top completes one’s apreciaion of the craftsmanship involved. It is wider than Cologne’s Dom and Vienna’s St Stephens. Fascinating

This is one of those places that will never grow old on anybody’s mind/memories. Magnificent and impressive - a must see for sure. If you choose to go to the rooftop by the stairs, keep in mind it’s narrow and pretty tiring - but worth...More
