This class was fantastic! Chef Moreno was insightful, funny, and a great teacher. We spent a whole day in his restaurant with delicious food and wine. We had hoped to eat dinner at the restaurant, but were unable to. We will definitely be back!

We took Moreno's class in mid/late February. This is definitely the low season in this area, and we ended up in a "private class" with just our group of four...very cool! We were picked up at the Varenna ferry dock by Moreno and driven up...More
