The Restaurante Il Caminetto cooking class is so much more than a cooking lesson. It's a rich opportunity to see an ancient town on a mountain above Lake Como, to hear how locals live, to learn about a second generation restaurant and to relax for...More

Spent the good part of the day with Chef Morena learning how to make tortelloni, a wonderful tomato sauce, and prosciutto-wrapped turkey breast! What fun! He is a great teacher, and the classroom was filled with laughter and amazing aromas. Don’t miss!

This was THE highlight of our 10 day trip in Northern Italy and a must do experience in the Lake Como area. First, the environment is wonderful - very welcoming (greeted with coffee, espresso, cappuccino, etc. and mini pastries upon arrival), the ambience is authentic,...More

Moreno's cooking class is a fantastic experience. He is as much an entertainer and comedian as much he is a chef. I highly recommend this experience. You'll have a great time, the wine will flow and the food is incredible! Enjoy! Anthony

Moreno's class is as wonderful as everyone says it is! He is a wonderful ambassador for Lake Como and Italian food, and such a warm and welcoming man. It is more of a demonstration than a hands-on cooking class, although everyone does put on an...More

Believe the hype- I can't recommend this experience enough. Everything in Lake Como is so expensive- you can spend 65 euros/person for an hour boat ride. For 65 Euros, we spent from 10:30 until 4 watching an italian meal be prepared, listening to charming stories,...More
