We have a pamphlet with a couple of recipes, but he said if you email, he can send you any others. We had red sauce, gorgonzola sauce, gnocchi, and loin of veal.

Yes I seem to remember it was about $70. Definitely worth paying as the food and drink alone that you consume would cost you $50 in a restaurant.
