Situated in a nice piazza where you can eat and or drink but really not worth going out of your way. Having said that pleased we went as we then learnt about this great inventor who we knew nothing about
We had a coffee in a cafe in the square. There are many bars as well and on three nights we were entertained by musicians with many people dancing to swing music. It was quite surreal as the dancers ranged from teens to old people!...More
We just stumbled across the monument but frankly the statue in itself is not a masterpiece (I personally think!). However is nice to see that Volta, much forgotten scientist and inventor, and much unknown outside Italy is remembered. Electricity!!!

lovely place we visited twice during our stay the place was busy all the time but service was excellent food great and inexpensive would recommend to other travellers
