Beautiful way to see Lake Como and all of its highlights!

This was a relaxing and beautiful way to get a glimpse of Lake Como! My daughter and I loved seeing the famous villas along the lake and all of the quaint villages we passed plus some fun facts about the history of the places we floated by. Very well priced and the captain and his wife make a great team running their boat biz. The boat was gorgeous and this is a must do while in Como!

I must agree with Jules F from SA. We had the same experience with Luca who was disinterested and seemed like he couldn’t complete the trip fast enough. He raced back across the lake so quickly on the return that we had to hold on for our own safety. Not bene!

Disinterested boat driver and poor customer service

Unfortunately our boat driver Lucca was extremely uninterested in his job. He rushed through the sites on the Lake Como showing zero interest in making our trip interesting and informative. . We had difficulty in understanding him as he rushed through each site. He seemed jaded and bored. It is a pity as we paid a lot of money for this experience. I will not use this boat company again.

Dream day on the lake!

We were lucky enough to do a private boat tour with Carlo on our last day in Lake Como. He shared so much interesting information with us about the lake and the surrounding villas and made sure we had so much fun along the way! He also took us to Bellagio and made the pick-up and drop-off experience seamless. I highly recommend Barindelli if you want a memorable Lake Como experience!

Customer service is bad. We tried to book a ride during our two days stay in Lake Como unsuccessfully, and they didn’t reply our emails.

Really horrible boat driver. Unpolite and even agressive

We booked the boat for a ride before a wedding.

Was meant to be a premium service but the driver (a guy from Albania) was so unpolite and rude to all of us. As soon as we got dropped in the town we were visiting with the boat he said ¨if yuo are not here at 7:30 you will get back swimming¨... We were all looking at each other...

The weather o the way back started to look a bit cloudy and it was going to rain. The guy got really nervous and started to act agressive and drive like a really crazy person. Well we undertood it was about to rain but there isn´t enought reason to treat the customers like this. We don´t mind getting few drops in our heads and we didn´t understand why he was getting really mad for this.

This was meant to be a high end servide, We paid 700 euros for 3 hours and we had a really bad experience so i wouldn´t recommend to use this company anyone.

Great way to see the lake

We opted for the 2 hour tour and despite losing 15 minutes trying to find the correct Barindelli dock(there are several) we had a great tour on a hot day. Our driver was a pleasant fellow and offered good commentary on what we were seeing. We took some snacks and wine on board to enjoy.
While you can see some of the sights on the ferries, this tour gives you commentary and close-up views of specific sights.

Day on Lake Como

Wonderful hour tour of Lake Como. Luca was extremely knowledgeable and pointed out beautiful villas and spots to visit. He was very friendly and personable. He made our day on Lake Como. A bit of a splurge, but totally worth it. Felt a little like 007. Fantastic, highly recommended.

the best way to see como

hired a taxi boat for 3 hours. It was amazing and Carlos who took us told us about the areas around the lake. we stopped off for a tour of the chateu whre james bond film casino royale was filmed. best way to see como

Had the best time...sunset cruise is fabulous

As we visited Bellagio not in peak season, we were able to get on the last boat ride of the day with just four other people, which made the boat so comfortable and afforded us the opportunity to take wonderful photos from all over the boat.
The Captain was knowledgeable and had great fun facts and insights from the area.
We took the one hour cruise and just had a ball gawking at all the amazing villas that snug against Lake Como’s shores.
Absolutely recommend.
