A moderate entrance fee is required to view and visit these gardens but it is well worth it. So much foresight to the gardeners of the day has ensured a beautiful sight on the banks of this majestic lake.

We paid the admission although the villa was closed. The gardens are beautiful , even in the beginning of November. Autumn colors abound. They front Lake Como with gorgeous views. Unusual horticulture . This is a great walk to get back to the water taxi.

The gardens are just lovely. The autumn leaves with views of the setting sun over the lake! So stunning. I'm not a huge lover of trees and plants but was such a beautiful and peaceful way to spend an hour or two.
