the Palazzo del Podesta is located on the upper city's main square, the Piazza Vecchia. Just step in and stroll around. Don't miss the library rooms in the second floor, and the two huge old globes. a discovery free of charge.

We loved learning about Venetian Bergamo. The interactive element brought the history to life. We had a excellent museum guide who talked us through the technology.

I popped into the museum for a visit after I was done ascending the Campanone tower. The Palazzo del Podesta and the Campanone share a common entrance and ticket office. I also figured I had nothing but time to lose because I had a Bergamo...More

The museum is small but nicely done and the staff is so friendly that it is worth a visit. Very close to the cathedral, Piazza Vecchia, etc
