Portofino is an Italian fishing village. The period of summer is a tourist resort known for its small harbor and its famous visitors . Yacht and boats are in line! Overrated but very beautiful and picturesque!

The ride to Portofino from Geno was beautiful and relaxing. Several jumping dolphins helped us find the way back to Genoa. But Portofino itself is very expensive for shopping.

Once in Portofino on June we seem to have reached Paradise ... it is by far the most angelic resort in the Ligurian Riviera, a corner of heaven and you only have to look at all that is around you!

Portofino is a very picturesque and charming town. The water views of the marina area against the hills are something to behold, and I am glad we spent an afternoon there. It is a little more busier (and higher end) than Santa Margherita or Rapallo...More
