Booked online (just €5 each). Almost 500 steps to the top, all wooden steps, really is worth it for the view but you need to be a bit fit. Well worth the effort.

I was afraid I would not be able the make the stairs because of a lung problem I have. I walked the 499 steps very, very, very, slowly up and it was totally okay. One can take his time! The view from above is breathtaking. The employee are very aware of Covid 19 and take all measurements!…

Bags of character in this medieval tower. The steps feel like they will never end but the view at the top is worth it. Helpful staff and good management of social distancing at the moment. Reasonable value for money.

The ticket is 5 euros an right now you can climb only one tower in Bologna. There are specific times when you can access and you can only be on top for less than 15 minutes
