We went a couple of days after Christmas and had a little bit over 20 people on 3 vehicles but it never felt crowded. This was one of the highlight days of our time in Italy.

The cheese factory only accepted cash. The balsamic place accepted credit cards. Other than that, there was nothing to purchase.
