This was a memorable part of our trip. It was intimate, educational and interesting. we were able to see cheese made, prosciutto being dried and balsamic vinegar being aged.

We went a couple of days after Christmas and had a little bit over 20 people on 3 vehicles but it never felt crowded. This was one of the highlight days of our time in Italy.
