Saw this event on TripAdvisor - but actually nowhere else. So did a google search and found a draft itinerary. Several hundred people all dressed in serious period costume from what I assume were battle re-enactment groups from all around the world congregated in Circus...More

The interesting part for the kids are the demonstration with the horses and soldiers, and it's hard to tell when they occur
