We have all seen how much work the USO does for military and others all over the world but did you know that they are still on the job even better today. We planned our trip to Rome through the USO Rome. We planned our...More
My husband emailed the USO before our cruise to set up a place to stay and tours during our few days in Rome. Great communication! When we arrived we visited the USO office, very convenient to our B&B. Not only helpful with information, a comfy...More
The office staff was very helpful to get my voucher. The tour guide was late, and was not friendly at all in my opinion. One of the least enjoyable tours I have taken, and it was in Rome?! The tour was disappointing. This could have...More
This is the Best USO we have used overseas. The staff was very helpful and it was extremely cheap to book tours. You can hang out here until your tour starts, they have wifi, and food/ beverages as well.
I have used the Rome USO multiple times over the past decade or more. Donna and her staff are simply awesome. They go out of their way to support our troops and run a great facility near the Vatican. I cannot say enough good things...More

Had a great time touring and adventuring in Rome. The USO is just down the street from Vatican Square. Excellent location to find a clean restroom. Nice place to relax before boarding train to return home.

Just steps away from the chaos of the centre, Prati is the closest Rome gets to calm. Meticulously planned in a neat grid, quite unlike neighbouring Borgo, Prati is a local favourite for its aesthetic organisation and wide streets lined with a range of boutiques for every shopping fantasy. Nonnis pushing baby carriages and gossiping teens own every inch of the sidewalk, but that’s only during business hours. Once the sun sets,
quirky sidestreet bars celebrate aperitivo hour, those evening cocktails that help wash away the tensions of Roman life.
