We booked a skip the line tour for both the Vatican and the Colosseum. They seemed expensive at first considering you could get basic entry for half the price, but after doing the tours I can safely say it is DEFINITELY worth skipping the line. We were there in February 2017, which is a quiet time in Rome, but even... More

Did a skip the line tour of the Coliseum, the Forum and the Vatican. Our tour guides were great. I love the use of personal radios so that our guide didn't have to shout. The Coliseum and Forum tour guide was really informative. I especially wouldn't have gotten nearly as much value out of the Forum without our guide, Nikola.... More

The only drawback was the crowds in the Vatican Museum. It was the most crowded tour we have taken. This isn't even a busy time of year. This isn't reflection of the tour company, just the Vatican Museum. Maybe they should limit the number of people they let in at a time. It was too packed to really be able... More

So we started by turned up on the wrong day (rookie mistake) we thought we'd booked the Friday tour for the Coliseum and Roman forum but we'd actually booked the Thursday. We turned up on the Friday and we were allowed on the tour but had to pay a 15 euro rebooking fee which we didn't mind as it was... More

Did a three hour tour of the Vatican museum, Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter's Basilica. The guide was cheery and gave plenty of information and even answered a bunch of questions the group had. For a place like this, a tour guide is highly recommended to know the history behind the artifacts in the Vatican.

The Vatican Wonders tour was a highlight of our trip to Rome. We were part of a group of 6 taken around the Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel and St Peter’s Basilica by our guide Eleanora. She was fantastic – extremely knowledgeable, friendly, humorous and full of recommendations. Her English was flawless and, when we told her we were from Glasgow,... More
