Very cool new experience with moveable chairs. It shows that history can also be very entertaining and not only reading in old boring books. Sometimes the sound was too loud but all in all very cool.

If you are in need of a rainy day activity for kids, you might consider this. They were showing two 3D shows when we went: the evolution of life and ancient rome. The moving seats seemed unnecessary to the content of the shows and the ancient rome movie had little educational content. But it kept us occupied for an hour... More

An enjoyable experience with valuable insight into Roma history. This particular show wasn't in 3D but for us it was about finding out about the humble origins of this incredible city. The ride can be a little hard on the backside beware! Non moving seats also available for those that don't enjoy.

First time in Rome, rainy day, we already program to see the Vatican the day after, our 3 kids insist to take us to Time Elevator, we were not happy to go after reading Tripadvisor Rewiews, but we need to explain something: Is not for everybody, if you go in Rome for the first time and you have children maybe... Despite other negative comments my family and I decided to give it a try (it was also cold outside). The movie was amateurish and wonky on facts. The 5d experience was unnecessary and bizarre in what it was trying to achieve. (Okay, I admit that my 12 and 14 yr old boys kinda liked it.) I suggest the owners invest... More

I was there with my boyfriend and we both agree that we lose our money. The movements are too strong and even dangerous for old people, we love adventure but it feels like it was damaged, the video was even worst, a YouTube video would be better, it is not a good experience, you will lose your time and money.

We had a little time to kill and needed to sit down so we wandered into this attraction. It was really good fun for the kids with its 4D and 5D films. Probably a good place to start a Rome trip to give the kids some context and history.

Thank Beth W

Staying in Trevi

Neighbourhood Profile
A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is all about action. From early morning through the wee hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle are the remains of an ancient neighbourhood that you can visit by heading over to a repertoire cinema and asking for a peek underground. There is something for everyone, but if peace and quiet are what you seek, plan to visit in the early morning hours.
