No crowds at this museum. An audioguide is included in the ticket price. Was a beautiful exhibit. Liked it better than Galleria Borghese.

The palazzo is an impressive building with a significant art collection including such masters as Caravaggio and Bernini. It comes with an excellent audio guide. You will spend about an hour here.
