Much more hands on skills and knowledge exchange than I expected .. a real bonus for a wonderful and full day out ..which adds up to great value for money. I have come away with the confidence to make ravioli, tagliatelle and great gnocchi as well as restaurant quality sauces to match, dessert and a main course as well. Hands... More

Words cannot explain the amazing experience my husband and I had - charming countryside and villas. Enjoyable time with Chef Francesco and Lucia. Amazing town, villa, learning experience, and food!

Let me start by saying I'm not a good cook at all. Also, I was in Rome for 3 1/2 days, alone, before a cruise from Civitavecchia. What to do. My travel agent booked this cooking class for me that was just WONDERFUL. Six of us met our chef & went to the market to purchase everything for today's lunch.... More

My wife and 2 children (8 & 11) spent 5 wonderful hours under the expert guidance of chef Marienelle! We shopped in the local market then went back to an exquisite apartment to cook a superb 5 course lunch! We all loved it, from preparing the vegetables to making the pasta a truly wonderful experience!!!

My wife and I participated in the Fabiolous class today. Paulo was our chef and guide. We bought vegetables at the market; cheese and meat, too. The we retired to an amazing space where we worked together on lunch while drinking wine. The day ended with the best meal we had in Rome. Fully recommended.

I loved every minute about my small group cooking experience in Fabio's amazing Villa nestled into the gorgeous countryside of Mazzano Romano . The view from the balcony is stunning and I picked up many tips from our chef Francesco . A perfect and fun filled experience from start to finish... one that I will always remember . Grazie Mille... My wife and I attended Fabiolous cooking day during our trip to Rome. We decided to sign up for this class because we typically love cooking classes, and figured this would also be a great experience to learn how to cook Italian food to bring home to cook for friends and family. This class was a bit different because we... More

Thank you for joining us for a Fabiolous Cooking Day! Chefs understand that preparation is 90% of cooking. Watching the pasta boil, placing something in the oven, or stirring a sauce has little value. Listening for techniques is where true learning takes place, but we are sorry your expectations were not met. We wish you the best of stays in... More

We had a wonderful day driving out to the small medieval town outside Rome, shopping for groceries (and delicious red wine at €1.50 per liter!!), and cooking some amazing meals with the group. We made 3 different pastas from scratch, veal saltimbocca, and tiramisu and each course was more delicious than the first. Highly recommend.
