Sergio loves to walk and people watch. He took our family all over Rome. He is very knowledgeable and his insights really increased our love of the city. We learned so much not only about the culture, but also about the history. We've been to many countries and Italy is now our daughter's favorite vacation spot. This has a lot... More

Sergio Grom is a delightful guide with a wealth of history of Rome and his love of Rome's stories made our day trip to Rome (from our cruise ship docked in Civitavecchia). We first met Sergio in August 2014 with a group tour of Rome. We were delighted to engage him for the day this year, August 2016. His gentle... More

We had a joint fight from Ciampino, just 12 hours stop in the Rome to the next flight. So we, family of 3 adults and 2 kids - 6 and 11, last day booked Sergio Grom to help us to explore the City and he did the best he can in such short time and in the evening. We came... More

This is my second time with Sergio Grom. He first led our daughter's choir tour in 2013. He was absolutely fantastic, so I knew that I wanted to book him when my husband and I came to Italy for our 30th wedding anniversary. Sergio took us to some amazing churches, piazzas, monuments, fountains, and hidden gems as well. Along the... More

Sergio met a small group from the cruise ship pier side at Civitavecchia and led us a three full days of Roman touring. His network included a fantastic driver, an archaeologist for the Vatican and Colosseum, another guide for the Papal Palace at Castel Gandolfo - his full service approach meant little to no waiting on ticket lines - we... My family of 5 has been blessed with many opportunities for travel - both stateside and abroad - and I don't give rave accolades without merit. But Luca & Donatella certainly earned these 5 stars, going out of their way to share the best of their beautiful country with us! From a special privately-guided side trip to the Rialto in... More

Wow. What a great tour guide with Sergio. 90 degrees in the summer and he just rolled with it. He took us on the best tour of Rome we could have imagined. 9 hours of walking and he knew where every water fountain was. Bought us tickets to the coliseum and Vatican too.

Sergio is an excellent guide and very knowledgeable of all the main sites, architecture, art, and pointed out the small nuances no one would find trying to tour on their own. We started day one with a 1/2 day walking tour (bring a water bottle to refill amongst the fountains). We explored St. Peter's area and several plazas and the... More
