People primarily visit the Piazza to see the fountain but there are several shops and restaurants in the nearby streets. The hustle and bustle of the square is something to experience when in Rome. Its sooooooo busy but, nevertheless, its well worth the effort to...More

One of the breathtaking spectacles in the eternal city. A trip to Rome would not be complete without a visit here.

It would be hard to find a time day or night that there are no people there this is beautiful. If you are a shopper you will really enjoy strolling the neighborhood. The mob of people brings down this attraction for me but it might...More

Possibly the busiest small area in Rome. It’s heaving here all day. The sight of the fountain is worth it but you have to be lucky to get a photo without anyone else in it!

Who could go to Rome and not throw a wishful coin into the Trevi fountain? It's a gorgeous piazza and if you can get there at night when it is not so busy, it's beautiful.

It was nice going there and making a wish, but there were alot of people. So much so it made it difficult to get to the fountain.

This is a must see landmark when visiting Rome. It is not far from the main area of shops and perfect for the walking wandering traveller. Absolutely Beautiful!

I hated the jostling crowd on both of my visits but I wouldn’t have missed it. A don’t miss tourist stop close to the Spanish Steps.

This is the most dramatic, most beautiful fountain / statue I have ever seen. It's near loads of other must see spots, like the Spanish Steps. There will be loads of other tourists there just about any time, so getting a good photo can be...More

I was surprised at the amount of tourists crammed around a huge fountain in such a small square. It is a challenge to get to the water level, but possible. Just have to be patient.

A non-stop photo and souvenir opportunity, Trevi is
all about action. From early morning through the wee
hours, the piazza surrounding Trevi Fountain hosts a
never-ending flow of tourists hoping to make a wish or
take a selfie. Clever restaurants, charming
gelaterias, uncanny bars, kitsch shops, and a range of
hotels make up the local landscape. Beneath the bustle
are the remains of an ancient neighbourhood that you

There a many interesting things to see at night in Rome. Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain. Any of the outdoor sights are well lit and busy at night.
