The food was delicious, wine was great, host was personable. He shared the history of the building and shared his wine cave with anyone who wanted to visit this historic cave. Restaurant is in this area

It’s a nice place to get lost in the debris of Rome))) very unusual atmosphere, extremely nice and friendly cafes with delicious food. You can just walk and relax a bit after crowdy Vatican. A big difference!

Very nice and very busy area. A lot of people walking and a lot of choices to eat or just drink. You can find reasonable prices in this area.

This area is about 30 minutes walking from the colosseum and is full of great restaurants and squares where there are people entertaining you. Highly recommended and going back tonight to get a cocktail before dinner.

Visited this historic town. Very beautiful with many local shops and restaurants. A wonderful way to spend the day just a short distance from Rome City Centre. Worth a visit!

Beautiful area, and a little distance from all the people. Nice grocery store in this area! There were some sidewalk bargains. I liked seeing the old wall ruins.

After hating the chaos and thousands of tourist everywhere this area is what I liked so much. Nice to walk around, beautiful buildings, great bars and restaurants. I love Quartier Latin in Paris, Trastevere made me think of it. I wish I stayed longer to...More

streets, weathered Renaissance buildings, and
overgrown personality, it's become an irresistible
mecca for visitors. Trastevere is an enclave of
entertainment - a rotating set of street performers
entertains almost every night, and unforgettable

Hello, if you are looking for a big open-air market, please visit Campo de Fiori Market by Giordano Bruno's sculpture. Trastevere mostly shops and restaurants.
