Enjoyed a wonderful slice of Italian culture on a mystery food tour. This a small tour of 12 people beginning at Piazza Navona. The area has lovely restaurants and museums to visit.

I got a good view of the fountains from above at the Museum of Rome, which wasn't as crowded fyi. The fountains are crowded but not like the Trevi Fountain. Seems to be lots of shops and restaurants nearby but I'm sure with tourist prices.
An interesting place to walk around, watch the people, and take a glass of wine at one of the many cafe in the piazza.

Not a lot to say other than a very impressive piece of history and a great place to pas the time, have a meal, drink or just sit and watch the world go by.
It was interesting to find out that the piazza was an ancient stadium. The fountains are spectacular. If you want to save some money eat a few streets away, there are lots of great restaurants
