We had a wonderful time with Chef Andrea for a day. It was very fun to learn how to cook a couple of "real" Italian dishes. This was a highlight of our time to Rome. We will be back!

Making pasta with a chef is much easier than learning it out of a book. This class is worth the time on a vacation. You get educated, you meet some great people and you get to eat and drink. Perfect.

Trastevere ("beyond the Tiber") is like a faded
postcard, a little worn around the edges but still
charming. With its wide-open piazzas, meandering
streets, weathered Renaissance buildings, and
overgrown personality, it's become an irresistible
mecca for visitors. Trastevere is an enclave of
entertainment - a rotating set of street performers
entertains almost every night, and unforgettable
