Day trip to Pompeii via Naples. We absolutely loved Pompeii and enjoyed the time we spent there. Glimpses of a faded Naples were all too brief from the confines of the bus. A well organised tour as long as you spoke English. There were four...More

Visiting Pompeii was the best part of our trip to Italy. Our teenage children (14 and 11 at the time) were getting tired of churches and museums, but they really enjoyed Pompeii. Our guide was very knowledgeable and we had plenty of time to take...More

Wonderful day visiting the world famous archaological site of ancient Pompeii that was buried following an eruption by Vesuvis in 79 AD, only to be discovered and excazvated piece by piece. It is an impressive evidence of everyday life in ancient times.

It was a very long day, even tho I wish we had more time in Pompeii to wander on our own. Our guide was informative but a little hard to understand. Lunch should be missed altogether .

Ludovisi / Via Veneto
Thanks to Fellini and La Dolce Vita, the Ludovisi and
Via Veneto neighbourhood earned its reputation as a
posh area where gorgeous Marcellos wooed actresses and

cafes. The cafes are still there, and so are the
cocktails, but the neighbourhood is now home to
five-star businesses including hotels, banks, law
