Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We first met the cameo artist in the San Lorenzo Maggiore Museo. He was showing us his skills and said if were interested to come his work shop, museum and retail store.
We did stop by and saw a short film of how, from a shell a cameo is made. There was a display of his family and ancestors have been making cameos for 3 generations.
The artist, while still making classical cameos, has started to make modern theme ones.
Lots to choose from their retail store on the first floor. Fair prices.

This is a very nice shop to visit when in the historic part of Naples. Walter was very helpful in explaining the art of the cameo, and we bought a couple of nice keepsakes to remember our wonderful trip to Naples. The shop has some nice t-shirts, too. We will visit again when we are next in this vibrant city.

Lovely wine bar upstairs. Nice stop for a glass of wine in the heart of busy Naples. The staff is friendly and the wine stop bar upstairs is quiet and relaxing

This was such an interesting place to visit with area's dating back to 100BC. It only takes about 40 minutes and wasn't confining at all. We had our backpacks on as we were on the way to the airport and they were no bother.
The best part was our tour guide. He was filling in for someone but he was just like Borat. So much so we spent half the time giggling. We ended up being stared at a lot until we all calmed down. But he was also very informative and knowledgable.
We left before the video was played. I'm glad we went.

Very kind, discreet and absolutely not intrusive the two ladies in charge of sales. Notable is the small museum. Beautiful jewelry on display, unique art objects.

Definitely worth seeing and maybe even being tempted into making a purchase! There are cameos of different prices and values. The lady who welcomed us was very helpful and professional
