Unique place, wonderful masterpieces, you will not believe your eyes. The stories Mariaelena nicely tells are fascinating and full of meanings about Napoli and its people

The treasure of saint Januarius is the most valuable treasure in the world, even better than the UK crown treasure: I've seen both of them, and Neaples wins by large. It is a very interesting visit and a must see if you come to Naples. It is very close to the Duomo so you can visit both.

Tousands of tiny colourful gems, mostly gifts from all the Great in Europe - even Napoleon - to honor the San Gennaro cult. Loved it

Inside this museum (a very small one) you will find a lot of old catholic stuff, for sure the top of the visit is the necklace and the crown which are part of the huge San Genaro treasure but, in my perspective, the best of this activity is the chance to go inside the chapel of San Genaro inside the... So rich museum... This shows a lot of jewels and all things that have done for San Gennaro. The only point was...I was there on the day of San Gennaro but never found at first sight where was the blood (in fact in the church) ..

The museum is fairly small, it was around 6€ the ticket and most of the reading labels and explanations were in Italian. San Genaro is the patron saint of Napoli and multitude of wealthy patrons and kings donated jewels and money that ended up in this museum.
