Ruins from an old mill in a gulley, whose light changes as the day goes on. You see it while crossing a heavily-trafficed bridge; stay close to the rail.

Although it's disappointing that you can no longer walk down to these ruined mill buildings, it's worth a stop to look at. But you do only see what you see in the photos. It would be great to walk among the flora and fauna down...More

Well, it's there, but what is it? Some quite old ruins of a saw mill or mills. However these ruins have been there for numerous generations, for several hundred years, and are completely overgrown. Frankly they are not worth going out of your way to...More

Located right next to the Plaza Hotel and a short walk from the main square. A popular tourist spot and great photo opportunity.

This old mill is deep inside a gorge just up from the main square in Sorrento. It's a bit overgrown now but it's location is surprising to think where it is. An interesting oddity and well worth a look.

It was very surprising to learn that the mill ruins are located so close to Piazza Tasso. Just look down over the railing to see the ruins. It is great that this site has been preserved.

From Piazza Tasso as you look at Bar Fauno take the road to the left of the bar. You will be walking towards Hotel Antiche Mura. It is down in the valley opposite the hotel.
