When someone recommended to me, that I should go visit the south of Italy and especially Sorrento I was left flabbergasted with the distance involved...I was in Salzburg, Austria and a fellow traveler said, if you want to end your trip on a high go...More

This is a great little beach hidden away from Sorrento behind the Capo peninsula. To reach it you will need to take the local bus to Capo or you can drive if you are brave enough to tackle the Italian traffic. It is only about...More

If you want an authentic italian beach experience, this is the place. It is much cheaper than the main beaches of sorrento costing us 15€ for two sunbeds and umbrella on the sundeck. A few good restaurants, cheap beer (1,5€ for a bottle of peroni)...More

Not touristy when we reach this place just enough people to enjoy this little bit area of beautiful beach promenade with restaurant and small hotel located here. What a fun!

Rocky entrance to the water!!! Me and my baby have cut out legs with these little white rocks over the sand. Good that in the bay it's a sandy bottom but to go in and out of sea is painful without special shoes! Special little...More

Since most beaches right in Sorrento are very crowded and mostly like a dock and not really beaches you can walk up main road 45 mins or take 10 min SITA bus to Marina Di Puolo beach. Lovely beach with great rocky view. Well worth...More

11th July 2016 Very nice beach. Bigger and more open than the beaches at the bottom of the cliffs in Sorrento. You can get the public (SITA) Red bus from the train station. Ask the driver to let you know when he gets to the...More

We walked from Hotel La Solara - interesting watching how vehicles manoeuvre the narrow hairpin bends, and reversing uphill! Car park located midway for bigger cars and also limited parking. Hotel Baia - lovely pizza and tiramisu, nice view to while away the day!
