You'll either love naples or hate it. Don't believe the advertising, Naples is not a romantic destination. Its has plenty of culture but it also has a lot of rubbish on the streets, and in places there are big piles of it. Makes you wonder...More

We spent 5 nights in Naples. It's not as bad as people make out. There are alot of nice places. We stayed near Universita train station, perfect for a nice walk around the bay. Visited Vomero, the beach at Posillipo, took the train to Pompeii...More

So much to see, do & eat. Hop on a boat and see Positano, Amalfi, Capri (all accessible & reasonable) & Ravello or just laze by the pool sipping Aperol Spritz.

Spent a week in Naples, lots to see and do. We walked around the city looking at the sites. As family we felt very safe. The food was great. The locals very friendly.
