Felt like Rick Stein walking around this market! Bustling & full of life & colour - the sights & smells have to be seen. So much interesting food on sale - very different from the UK! The architecture of the building is very interesting too....More

A large covered market, but maybe we have been spoiled by other markets in Spain or France, or other outdoor markets, but was not too impressed. Of course a lot of stalls with great Spanish foods and the smell and activity is tremendous.

A large market place selling the delicious food of Valencia, at bargain Valencia prices. Enjoy food on the go (coffee, pastries, etc) or collect some of the best Jamon and spices to take with you! A great place to visit!

As markets go, all the requirements of feeding yourself are available in an abundance. Absolutely loved the buildings architecture. Was also impressed with the vendors offering samples of their goods.

The experience alone is worth it. Try to go on a Monday so you don't miss out on all the locals selling goods outside too!

Must see, you can buy amazing fruit and spices. Especially very good paparika powder. Meat and seafood, if you are renting a apartment to cook your own food.

Very quaint market building with a great variety of produce. Merchants were very helpful and there were also some places where one could eat.

Beautiful building, spacious interior, amazing variety, colorful, quiet, great market. Closes at 15:00. Nice lunch restaurants on the street just outside.

There was one place in the market that you could sit and get coffee but you are sitting around a bar type area. Breakfast is a no but there are plenty of places nearby for that

If you take a taxi, download "Cabify" app to your smart phone. They are about 25% cheaper and better than the taxis (no tipping aloud).
