As all train stations in Spain, also this place is functional and clean and offer all the needed infeastructure in a relaxed atmosphere. Spain:where the world is still normal!

So great that we could lock our luggages in the lockers for a few €! So useful and safe system! PS. They have the cleanest toilets I've ever meet in Valencia ;)

Easy to get there, you can use it as a point of reference to start exploring Valencia. Variety of shops, but better to buy outside.

Lots of shops to buy gifts and souvenirs and coffee and I believe some food. Not sure on that point. It's certainly clean and well suited to a traveller.

Omg! It is difficult to believe that this beautiful building with its totally ornate decor is a train station. Even if you don't intend to catch a train you must visit to see the wonderful interior and visit the spectacular TOILETS!

Many small cafes are within walking distance. Sorry but I don't know there names.
