What a great way to get around the city. €8.70 for 10 trips, valid for 30 days and can be shared with another traveler. City sight seeing bus is not worth the cost.

The metro runs right from the airport to the edge of the Old Town. It is an extensive and efficient network. I bought the Valencia Card at the airport which gave me unlimited travel, so got to see some lovely little towns some 10km away...More

The service on the Metro de Valencia is at best adequate, with trains often few and far between. On some occasions, I had to wait up to 30 minutes for my train to come along, the problem being that several lines use the same platform,...More

Clean, convenient - a rival to other European Metros. Get the 10 ticket option for use on trams and busses as well.

From airport to station, a really pleasant journey! So convenient for city centre and at a fraction of the cost of a taxi!

An easy way to get around Valencia. Trains are fairly regular and the metro stations are clean and modern.

It has good coverage of most of the city, it's not to crowded and it's not expensive. Also you have frequent transportation. There was, although, one trip that the tram smelled like urine. It happened only once, though

I agree. It is not easy to understand. The problem is that the airport is in zone D. The metro is really easy to use and a good service as long as you are not out too late. It tends to stop running around 23.00 hrs, and we... More
