After a visit here you can’t just eat your paella - you also think about the history, knowledge & fascinating technology between Albufera’s fields and the portion of arroz on your plate.

Rice is of overwhelming importance in Valencia and therefore it is logical to have a museum. However, it is not well known and it is certainly hugely undervalued and underrated. Former rice mill in the fabulous Cabanal.

The house was a rice processing plant, which has been fully restored. It would be very interesting to visit, if only there was information in languages other than spanish.
