visited this market, lots of fresh fruit, veg, olives etc on one side where the stalls were set out. The other side was all clothing, toys, house items etc. Managed to get a few bargains however we did get ripped off buying some olives. We...More

great bargains plus very hot in August . packed out , go early to avoid midday sun. worth travelling if you like a bargain go into Torrevieja to get market bus H £1.35 each buses back outside take you back into town.

Biggest, noisiest and definately worth a visit. Take a taxi here and stay all day, recommend arriving in the morning when less crowdy. Buses? You can eat on location on small caferestaurants and yes, there are toilets to be found. Very crowdy after 12 o`clock...More

One of the biggest markets in spain. opens on a friday. interesting mixture of stalls. Clothes, food etc all really inexpensive. A nice place to spend a few hours. Seems like it would be walking distance to a lot of the town
