The place looks inviting. There's jamon hanging everywhere, a traditional bar with drinks food in the center at reasonable prices...but the food and service is just OK. I guess if you're a tourist it may seem cheap and fantastic in the city but if you've...More

Never been in a place like this before. Its half butchers shop, half bar. Two euro for half a pint and a sandwich. Brilliant atmosphere, bustling with people, yet still got served very quickly.

We stopped here for tapas and beer and loved it. The was a great selection of quality meat and cheeses, especially enjoyed the Iberian Ham. Would definitely recommend.

This place is great for its bar area where a glass of beer costs as little as 1€ and comes with a free serving of tapa that includes paella or a variety of ham. We got the deal where 2 glasses of beer and 1...More

Expansive plazas, local and foreign crowds, street
performers, colorful lights, window shopping,
restaurant signs promising the best paella, ham, and
churros con chocolate- this is downtown Madrid, a
collection of plazas interconnected by a network of
