Bikes are really nice & reasonably priced at €5 per hour, max €15 for a day. Helmets include. We biked 20 miles (yes....Americans use nonsensical measurements for some reason, it's all we know) and had a blast. Didn't ride at all in the road. Staff was very nice and helpful, and we were able to jump right on the bike... More

*using wife's TA account to leave a review since I don't have one When I'm on vacation and want to get some good road cycling in, it's often difficult for me to find a shop that rents what I consider 'real' road bikes - something that I'd feel comfortable taking out of the city for a 100+ km ride, as... We hired two bikes with baskets for the day for 15 euros each. They had 7 gears and were well maintained. The chaps in the shop were helpful and friendly. We cycled along the canal / river and back again which was just lovely and then took off to the Retiro park. We had a super day on the bikes.... More

I hired a racing bike for a triathlon in Madrid. The service from Rutas Pangea was great - very helpful, efficient and (fortunately for me) all done in English. Highly recommended.

I have been on various tours with Rutas Pangea starting with Sunday morning thematic trip around Madrid of Civil war. Then I took a three day trip around National Park Donana in the South of Spain and then a day trip along Green Ways. It was awesome.... Everything was well-organized but what attracted me so much that I want to... More

I had been cycling in Andalusia and was going to finish my trip with a week in Madrid. I wasn't sure I was going to do much riding, but when I stopped by Rutas Pangea, the showed me an excellent carbon road bike and assured me that there was lots of good riding to be had. They gave me a... More

We rented one tandem bike, 1 adult bike and a kid's bike. The staff was very friendly and spoke English. It was quick and easy to rent bikes and pick out helmets. They told us that we could come back and switch out the bikes if we didn't like them. We had a great day riding up and down the... More

It's been three times now I have rented a road bicycle with Rutas Pangea. Their services has been excellent in the three occasions. Well located in Madrid and run by very friendly people. They not only have a good range of bicycles (carbon and aluminium) but also their prices are great and they are happy to accommodate with specific needs... More

These guys are great. We are here in madrid for four months and they worked with my husband to fit him a bike that he can use three times a week. Although I speak Spanish my husband does not and they are very willing to speak English (not always the case). The ride from the shop is the best as... More

It was not easy to find a road bike rental from Madrid, but luckily I found Rutas Pangea. To be honest, bike that I rented was not from this year's catalog (nor from three previous years), but it was in well working condition. I had no idea where to go biking and very helpfull staff lended me a map and... More
