Here for the first time, I stay in this square just to take relax and breath after the walk. Nice but people who search for tourists are everywhere and not all of them are not in line with religion, only for money

Went there for once and there’s a demonstration from some sort of group with all the drums making loud noises, makes the place a bit lively.

Stunning and very large totally pedestrianised Plaza with amazing architecture on all four sides. The cathedral is, of course, the main highlight but the facades of the other three buildings on the other three sides are also magnificent.

What grandeur! This plaza is a meeting place of people from all over the world, we visited a few times whilst staying in Santiago over 4 days. It is absolutely beautiful with the cathedral backing onto the plaza.

Amazing city plaza in front of the Cathedral of Santiago and the Parador Hotel. Final destination of Camino pilgrims. It was quite full when we were there and amazing to share the experience of arrival with other pilgrims.

Stroll through this square while visiting Santiago, then venture into the narrow pedestrian streets surrounding it. Picture time!

It’s a traditional meeting point for piligrins, tourists, friends, etc. From this square you can see perfectly Santiago de Compostela church. It is also a great place to take pictures.
